We love this place it's our go to take out food! Always friendly and efficient on the phone, we love how fast our delivery comes and the food is HOT. We went this Summer with a big group to dine in and had an amazing feast with Gluten free options and excellent service.
I have been coming to Kiki Gardens for nearly 40 years. In all my time, dining at Kiki Gardens and enjoying their delectable Chinese food, I do not believe there has been a change of ownership other than that of retirement. The elderly Chinese cook is amazingly talented, as is the other 4 chefs they have. Their food is always very delicious. I am sad to see they could not re-open their smorgasboard offering since covid 19. Government health rules have definitely ruined the enjoyment of patrons at more than one restaurant. This, however, has not deterred from the delicious flavor of their dishes on their menu. The smorgasboard then was the best I have ever eaten. . . anywhere. Nowdays, they also have a very scrumptious and reasonably priced lunch special! Come in for lunch or a flavorful Chinese dinner and say hello to Sheryl and the talented friendly staff!
We ordered the dinner for 6 for delivery and it arrived on time fresh and hot! The food was outstanding. We had a gluten free rice chow mien option. The driver was super polite and friendly. Highly recommend.
Owner is amazing! Great staff, awesome food! Love their specialty options. If you like a bit of heat, try their General Tong’s Chicken. I’ve eaten here many different times (Dine in, take out, and delivery). Food is hot and fresh!
I love Kiki Gardens. I have a severe peanut allergy and it's extremely hard to find a Chinese food restaurant that I can safely eat at due to cross contamination risks. I've been going to Kiki's for nearly a decade now and they always take my allergy seriously and I can safely enjoy a tasty meal! Food is always fantastic, comes out so quickly yet it's clear that it's made fresh to order! Every time I've been there it's been consistent and exactly what I'm craving! I do miss the buffet and would love to see that back even just on a Friday or Saturday night weekly, but still I find myself driving out to Kiki Gardens from Kelowna frequently to enjoy a great meal! Highly recommend!
Kiki Gardens was my 125th restaurant in Vernon. My friend and I had our quarterly lunch date. I had Shanghai Noodles which were delicious. I can't comment on the cost as my friend paid for the meal. The chef came out to verify my friend was fine with specific ingredients in her wor won ton soup because of her recent dental procedure. Overall, it was yet another delicious meal in Vernon.
We ordered a big order from here. We were so impressed. Everything was amazing and so flavourful. Fresh veggies in everything were so crisp. War wonton soup, ginger beef, dry garlic ribs, sweet and sour pork, mushroom chop suey to name a few. Portions were to the top of the container. Delivery was fast. Everything was hot. Oh and we must mention the lovely lady who took our order over the phone was so helpful, informative, kind and patient with our questions. Please don't change a thing. You all rocked it. Thank you for all the wonderful flavourful food.
Such a great evening out. Allan and his wife prepare such delicious food and it’s always so fresh. The wait staff is attentive and friendly and the prices are reasonable. We always enjoy bringing our family here. The lazy Susan on the tables keep the food moving and conversations flowing.
